My lack of confidence started in my childhood being known as the "husky tomboy". I eventually lost my "baby fat" through sports but my negative relationship & behaviors with food resurfaced during my college years as I gained 30 pounds my freshman year of college.

I felt so lost & overwhelmed on how to overcome this struggle with binge eating, knowing what actually worked to lose the weight, while feeling out of place in the gym as I had no idea where to start. I once believed I would never be confident with my body.

PHASE 2: PROGRESSIVE

Once we have built a strong foundation after focusing on your habits, mindset, and metabolism your body will be primed to take on your body recomposition phase. In this phase we focus on progressing your physique or weight loss goals. During this phase, you will be educated on the HOW and WHY of your body and it’s responses as you progress toward your goal

  • A 1X1 coach who is there to empower you & help hold you accountable to the goals you’ve set for yourself.

  • Watching both your body & your mind change.

  • Learning how to overcome self-sabotage, nutrition “burnout”, & HOW to still enjoy life.

  • Weekly check-ins with custom feedback & guidance on changes to be made & HOW to make those.

  • Guidance on HOW to navigate your nutrition through “life events” and feel satisfied & fueled to continue seeing progress.
